How to find out who is calling

If you received a call from an unknown number, you can see who is calling in seconds. Enter the number in the lookup on the front page — we show the company behind the number (from the official CVR register), the telecom operator, and whether other Danes have flagged the number as spam or fraud. It's free and requires no sign-up.

Why is an unknown number calling?

Most calls from unknown numbers are perfectly legitimate — a tradesman, a doctor, a courier or a company you deal with. But some are telemarketing, spam or fraud. A single ring from a foreign number can be wangiri fraud, where the scammer hopes you call back to an expensive premium line. Always look up the number before calling back.

Is the number spam or fraud?

On every number page we show a spam score based on anonymous reports from real users. If the number is marked with ⚠, others found it annoying or fraudulent. You can contribute too: look up the number and mark who called — it helps the next person. See the most recently reported spam numbers.

No. We never show names of private individuals — only companies from the public CVR register and anonymous signals.
